Definition of Web 2.0

✤ Google states the definition of Web 2.0 as the following:

1 the second stage of development of the World Wide Web, characterized especially by the change from static web pages to dynamic or user-generated content and the growth of social media.

Web 2.0 ToolsWeb 2.0 Tools allow teachers and students to “create” on the web.

Most all of web 2.0 tools available are free.

Web 2.0 tools allow people to collaborate and share information world-wide.

ThinglinkThinglink is Web 2.0 tool that allows teachers to individualize lessons.

It also allows students to create personalized products that are something they can be proud of and share with everyone on the web.
