FONT FACE

DO

Use sans-serif fonts such as Arial, Tahoma or Trebuchet MS for the Headings/Titles.

Use serif fonts for long texts such as Times New Roman for ease of reading.

DO

Use uniform font faces for Headings/Titles throughout the presentation.

Use fonts like Comic Sans MS or Curls MT for light-hearted messages.

DON’T

Use over-decorative fonts such as Chiller or Old English Text.

FONT SIZE

DO

Use sizes between 36 and 44 for Headings/Titles.

Use sizes between 28 and 32 for Main points.

Use sizes between 22 and 26 for Sub points.

FONT DECORATION

DO

Use italics and bold to emphasize the text.

FONT COLOR

DO

Use uniform color throughout the presentation.

Use colors that contrast the background.

DON’T

Use colors that do not complement the background such as red on green.
