Parent’s Feedback Form
Parent‟s Feedback form is a commendable initiative by the college administration
that gives a vital opportunity to all the parents whose ward is studying in this
institution. It is a very significant medium of communication between Parents and
the college where they place their suggestions, complaints and appreciation in an
independent manner. We are very open to all the received feedback and try our
best to incorporate in the welfare of our students. We also try to resolve the
complaints made by the parents to the level of their satisfaction. This further helps
in building a very strong and healthy bond between the parents and college
administration.
Students’ Feedback Form
By the end of every session, we give an opportunity our students to indirectly
contribute in the institution building and development through Students‟ feedback
form. It serves as a tool to correct existing problems and loopholes within the
campus. The feedback form is so designed that it touches all the necessary areas of
teaching, administration and welfare. Accordingly they mark respective Teachers,
their teaching and presentation, the functioning of their departments, the amenities
available in the college and overall cooperation of administration towards the
development of students. The complaint and suggestion by the individual is kept
confidential and handled with utmost care and concern.
Students’ Suggestion Box
It is an all-time opportunity for the students to report their grievances and
suggestion for immediate action. At times, it also works as a confidential medium
of reporting of such undue activities which are completely away from the eyes of
administration. Here, the identity of the complainant forever remains unrevealed
and the handling is quite democratic. After all the due diligence, the college
Magadh Mahila College, P.U., Patna (EC/34/050/MMCPU/AQAR2016-17) Page 41
administration looks into the matter and tries to resolve it as early as possible. The
suggestion box is checked on daily basis and the accordingly necessary actions are
taken.
Alumnae Feedback:
‘Today’s Students are tomorrow’s alumnae’
This module serves as a treasure for our institution. Magadh Mahila College is
very rich in terms of Alumnae as our students have proved their mettle in almost
all the fields. We have both Padmshree and Padmbhushan from our institution.
Alumnae feedback becomes very important to us as here we receive expert
comments from the members of our own college who review the development of
the institution much later after their regime. We organize Alumnae meet every
year and request the students, teachers and staff members of days bygone to
comment and suggest in favour of institution building. We also seek their help in
bringing out positive changes in the college.
