The Daisy Hans Christian Andersen

Just living is not enough... one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.~Hans Christian Andersen

Heroes: skylark, daisy, boys.

. Contents: in the small small garden in the country, amongst green grass a small daisy grew. She enthused about what surrounded her, particularly a sun and beautiful flowers. She felt happy, listening to the singing of the skylark.

The daisy saw the certain morning the birdie was trapped in the cage. One''s sadness sang in the longing song, but the small tiny flower could not help him. Then two boys entered the small garden and with the long, sharp knife cut the piece of grass out for the early bird. A daisy was on this scrap. She suffered now with the poor birdie at which apart from longing for the freedom desire gnawed.

Meanwhile everyone forgot about it. The skylark fluttered its wings and squeaked badly, until the heart burst for him with sadness. In the morning boys came and they felt hurt, when saw the dead birdie.

. They gave a wonderful funeral to him, and with the daisy threw the piece of grass away to the route.Nobody attracted the attention to the poor, small flower which he understood of imprisoned suffering of skylark and wanted to comfort him.

Issues of the work. This fairy tale isn''t ending happily, typically for this kind, but contains fantastic elements: the daisy and the skylark feel, are pleased and are suffering as people. The author used the personification to introduce the sensitive reader to world of the nature .

This story is a primarily a ‘listening story’ - listen it…
