Weekend Package
$8,500.00 For Friday & Saturday
Exclusive rental of the venue starts on Friday at 1:00 PM and ends on Sun-day at 10:00 AM, with the ability to add cottages for an additional fee.
With this package you can have your Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony and the Reception all on site at The Farm
All events must end by 11 PM
You may have your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for up to 50 people on site tables, chairs, linens and decor included
Ceremony and Reception for up to 200 each, if over fees apply. We provide tables, chairs, and table linens. Inside or outside.
25 linens, White, for the Weekend, ad-ditional can be rented.
We always have our Reception Hall set up and ready to go even if you do not plan on using it!
We have indoor and out door options, our Reception Hall can accommodate 200.
The Stable can seat 150 Family Style, or 180 with individual tables
Sites, Reception Hall, Stables, Breezeway, Front lawn, Pasture, Barn side, & The Gates
360 wooden folding chair, 5 high top tables, Buffet and Cake Tables
10 60 inch round tables and 15 8 ft Banquet tables for outside
13 8 ft rectangle tables( can seat 10), 13 60in Round tables (seats 8), 5 High Tops For The Reception Hall
Full use of our decor room, We set up the tables, chairs , & linens throughout the weekend.
Your food and beverage Vendors Are responsible for clean up for their services.
We pull the linens after you remove your personal items.
On site venue coordinator to direct Vendors at Rehearsal, Dinner, Ceremony & Reception.
Wedding planning assistance and day of Assistance can be added for a Fee.
You get to pick your own vendors at no charge, or choose from our preferred vendors. All Vendors must be Approved By Dixie and submit Liability certificates.
You may bring your own Alcohol, But must hire an approved licensed and in-sured bartender.
Unlimited access to The Farm by Ap-pointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled
A prep kitchen with commercial ice maker, refrigeration, and warming drawer for catering
Additional guest over 200 are $20.00 per guest for tables, chairs, and linens
7 Guest cottages on property sleep a total of 35 can be added to package for. $3500.00 or can be added individually
To reserve your date a $2000.00 non refundable deposit is required.
All payments are non refundable. Payments must be made monthly, balance due 6 months after booking date

We can accommodate live bands.
There is parking on site and a parking director Valet may be arranged for an additional fee.
We have 12 restrooms in the barn area
You may pick your own vendors and bring in outside vendors at no charge.
We have a great list of preferred vendors to choose from.
All events must be catered by a professional catering company.
All vendors must be licensed and insured.
We do have on site lodging and can accommodate 35. That is a separate cost.
We are pet friendly however there is a pet fee, and rules.
You can provide your own alcohol, but must use one of our preferred licensed, insured bartenders, and security. A 1 or 2
day host liquor event liability policy naming wedding party and the farm Rome ga as insured
We do require you to get wedding insurance.
We can make arrangements for activities during your time with us. Service fees apply.
We book every weekend March- January
We do have indoor options, our Ball room seats 200
You have use of the barn, stables and ballroom from 1PM- 11PM
You may bring in your own decor upon approval.
No sky Lanterns or fireworks, fake rose petals
No Sparklers, fireworks, or smoke bombs Smoking is permitted only on in designated area and strictly forbidden any where
else on the property.
