About the workshop: We all know about usability testing. Often, communicating the outcomes can be a challenge. In this workshop, you will get to see the different types of mental models used as a way to communicate to stakeholders and see how they fit into the process of online content and service improvements.
You will be exploring the following questions:What is a mental model ó

What are the benefits of using a mental model ó
How do they fit in a project plan ó
Learn how to create a mental model ó
About your workshop leader: Bora Wiemann is a member of the Australian Web Sciences, studying and presenting on future tech-nologies such as the semantic web and smart personal assistants. His pet peeve is bad web customer experience and he continuously expands his tool-kit to help create a pleasant online journey.
