• Hello I’m Cindy. I’m 14 years old. I live in Amsterdam. I study in The Caland Lyceum. It is a secondary school. When I grow up I want to go to the University Of Amsterdam because it is the best university in the whole country!

The Netherlands.• The Netherlands is a small country in Europe. The capital is

Amsterdam. The population is about 16.8 million. In the country, 90% of the population speaks Dutch because it is the language of the country. Other 90% speak English, 29% speak French and only 5% of the population speak Spanish.

• The Netherlands is very known by its famous cheeses, Gouda and Edam. They’re the most known and delicious cheese in the world!

• Amsterdam is also know by the Bitterballen. It means butter balls. They are a traditional snack. It is usually served with mustard. Another snack is The Stroopwafels. They are original from Gouda and they are made of two wafels with caramel syrup

• The University of Amsterdam is the best university with high level of education. It was established in 1632 and it is one of te oldest univesities in the country.

• It is a big building built in the middle of the river. It has the best views in the sunrise and evenings. Near the river there’s a little parking for bikes of students. The university is one of the best thanks to its educational programm,activities,views…
