So, What is It?ThoughtWorks University is a seven-

week long, consultant training

program, which is comprised of

facilitated class-room sessions as

well as individual performance

coaching and review. Our mission

is to provide you with an opportunity to explore the issues

faced everyday on our projects

and within the ThoughtWorks

community.

Throughout, you’ll discover the

confidence to be professional

consultants and take an active role

in shaping the ThoughtWorks

culture.

Why TWU?ThoughtWorks is a place where

practices and values spread across the

entire company quickly from project-to-

project and person-to-person. We value

experience and challenges, because they

provide us with detailed feedback, and we

enjoy sharing what we learn with other

ThoughtWorkers“Fail fast.” Learn from the experience.

Sharing and growing from these

experiences was easy when ThoughtWorks

was small, but as we've grown into a global

organization spread across four continents,

getting another ThoughtWorker's attention

has become more difficult.Put simply, TWU was developed to

help you fail fast and make mistakes

quickly. By engaging you in learning

experiences drawn from across the

company and the globe, you’ll discover the

values, principles, and practices that have

made ThoughtWorks successful. College graduates and those switching

careers have long been a part of
