DESCRIPTION

This slide cast focuses on improving the effectiveness of a person in the Coach role, using Toyota Kata coaching cycles with the 5 Questions. It shows you how to use very simple documentation in a way that helps to rapidly develop improvement Kata skills in the learner. It also provides a big boost to the effectiveness of the coach while conducting the 5 Question coaching dialogue.
