Financials of SSMC - 2011

Budgeted a deficit of RM478,000 due to

increased staff costs, replacing AV

equipment & on-going building

maintenance.

However with prudent spending &

increased offering/pledges (19%) we

hope to close the year with a small

surplus. (Accts not yet finalised)

Gift Day target was RM1,010,000.

Final Gift Day collection was RM1,115,619.

Financials of SSMC – Budget 2012 Total budgeted expenditure is

RM2,800,800.

Major expenditures are staffing costs,

AV equipment (2 yr budget program),

church maintenance & New item – a

church development fund RM150K.

Gift Day target is RM1,150,000.

Conclusion : Need to increase income

(offering/pledges) by at least 5% to

meet expenditure.

To meet expenditure of the church in 2012,

Collections 2012 RM 1,590,800

Collections 2011 (RM 1,515,000)*

Increase Required RM 75,800

Percentage = 5% increase
