The ingredients are;• Pistachio• Sugar• Water • Honey • Lemon juice • Walnuts• Almonds • Cinnamon

The ingredients are;

• Sugar

• lemon juice

• rosewater

The ingredients are;

• 1 cup of water

• 1 tablespoon of coffee

• sugar (optional)

Preparation:

• Put water and sugar in coffeepot(ibrik). • Remove from heat and add coffee.• Return coffeepot to heat and wait to boil. • Remove from heat when coffee foams.• Again, return to heat for foam and remove from

heat.• Pour into cup, but don’t wait. Because the foam

will not wait.• We always serve Turkish coffee with foam on

top.
