In a restaurant industry that is largely based on the “customer always being right”, the road to fulfilling that promise has proven to never be a simple feat. An ability to identify with the customer’s needs, as well as precision in the performance of the work required to fulfill those needs has created a man that is ready to put his outstanding ability to communicate, to efficiently multitask, and his desire to see things through to their successful conclusion.
