PORTRAIT
Portrait photography or portraiture is
photography of a person or group of people that
displays the expression, personality, and mood of
the subject. Like other types of portraiture, the
focus of the photograph is usually the person's
face, although the entire body and the background
or context may be included.
PORTRAIT
Portrait photographs have been made since virtually the invention of the camera. When portrait photographs are composed and captured in studio. Subjects were generally seated against a plain background and lit with the soft light of an overhead window or whatever else could be reflected by mirrors.
LANDSCAPE
Landscape photography shows spaces within
the world, sometimes vast and unending, but
other times microscopic. Landscape
photographs typically capture the presence of
nature but can also focus on man-made
features or disturbances of landscapes.
LANDSCAPE
Many landscape photographers shows little or no
human activity and are created in the pursuit of a
pure, unsullied depiction of nature. As with most
forms of art, the definition of a landscape
photograph is board and many include urban setting,
industrial areas and nature photography.
NATURE
Nature photography refers to a wide range of
photography taken outdoors and devoted to
displaying natural elements such as landscapes,
wildlife, plants, and close-ups of natural scenes and
textures. Nature photography tends to put a
stronger emphasis on the aesthetic value of the
photo than other photography genres, such as
photojournalism and documentary photography.

FINE ART
Fine art photography is photography created in
accordance with the vision of the artist as the
photographer. It stands in contrast to
representational photography.
FINE ART
• The basic idea behind the genre, is that instead of merely capturing a realistic rendition of the subject, the photographer is aiming to produce a more personal - typically more evocative or atmospheric - impression. • One might simplify this, by saying that fine art photography describes any image taken by a camera where the intention is aesthetic (that is, a photo whose value lies primarily in its beauty - see, Aesthetics) rather than scientific (photos with scientific value), commercial (product photos), or journalistic (photos with news or illustrative value).
FASHION
Fashion photography is a genre of photography
devoted to displaying clothing and other fashion
items. Fashion photography is most often conducted
for advertisements or fashion magazines such as
Vogue, Vanity Fair, or Elle. Over time, fashion
photography has developed its own aesthetic in
which the clothes and fashions are enhanced by the
presence of exotic locations or accessories.

FASHION
Fashion photography has been in existence since the earliest days of photography. In 1856, Adolphe Braun published a book containing 288 photographs of Virginia Oldoini, Countess di Castiglione, a Tuscan noblewoman at the court of Napoleon III. The photos depict her in her official court garb, making her the first fashion model.
ADVERTISINGCommercial photography is probably best defined as any photography for which the photographer is paid for images rather than works of art. In this light, money could be paid for the subject of the photograph or the photograph itself.
Businesses may want to use commercial photography to promote themselves, or particular aspects of their work. There is a difference between commercial photography, which is often performed in a studio or isolated environment, and industrial photography, which often takes place on the site or factory floor. Most commercial photography professionals will not take on an industrial photographic shoot. A common method of promoting businesses is through architectural and building photography, where the business can be seen as a product.
ADVERTISING
Using commercial photographs is especially beneficial for selling products, and the photos may focus on the aesthetics of an item or its use. Business promotion also relies heavily on commercial photography to produce billboards, flyers, pamphlets or other items meant for the purpose of conveying information to potential clients or customers. It is common for commercial photography to overlap with another form of photography. For example, pictures taken for clothing catalogs or websites fall under both the commercial and fashion photography umbrellas.
