Need to let a customer know you stopped by? Want to offer a special deal or help homeowners get to know you? Consider using doorhangers — they’re a hard-to-miss way to keep in touch with your customers or inform other homeowners in an area about your business.
Built on my grandfather’s principles and beliefs, I
try to make him and my customers proud by
operating A&R Heating and Air under those same
ideals – with one slight difference. Technology.
Traditional values. Latest technology.
That is what makes US exceptional!

standards. You'll get Quality Plus service — everytime.
Guaranteed. And if you're in the QP Zone, you can count on that
Since we are Midlands owned and operated, it only makes sense that the center of the Midlands is our
primary service area. If you're located in Richland or Lexington County, then you're in the QP Zone and
can expect nothing less than Quality...Plus!
No matter how you look at it, a new heating or cooling system is an investment in your family's com-
fort. There are many factors that determine what kind of system is best suited for your home. When
you choose, Quality Plus, one factor you won’t have to be concerned with is the quality of your equip-
ment. We install Tempstar home comfort products that are built—to be the best.
For additional years after installation of your new central air system, you can protect yourself against
large, unexpected repair costs with a DATACOR Protection Plan.
Datacor picks up where your 1-year warranty stops— making sure that all your future repairs are
completely covered. Believe it or not, Datacor covers the entire costs of repairs: parts, labor, and even
sales tax! You can’t ask for more than that.
When you purchase a Datacor extended warranty, we’ll provide you
with a confirmation for easy reference to ensure you get fast, reliable
service. If you ever sell your home, the Datacor extended warranty can
be transferred to the new homeowner for a small processing fee. This
benefit will make your home stand out and decrease the time it’s on
the market.

FliersFliers are a great way to make announcements and tell your customers about your services.
With custom stickers, your customers will always remember who to call for service. There’s no better way to create top-of-mind awareness!
Place thermostat stickers on an indoor thermostat where your customers will be reminded of your business every day.
Unit stickers are large, durable, weatherproof and may be applied directly to the outdoor unit.
Reminding your customers to validate their warranty is just one of many possible ways hang tags can work for your company — and they’re always a good way to leave customers with your contact information.

Signs are a high-impact way to reinforce your company’s brand and the values it stands for. We offer signage in a variety of styles and sizes.
Job site signs (pictured above) can be placed in the ground where your technicians are working to identify your company to others in the area. They require little effort to put up and take down and can be used again and again.
Small Signs/Posters (above right) may be placed in standard holders and work well for tabletop displays.
Banners (below) come in a variety of sizes and are sturdy, portable and lightweight. They’re perfect for events such as home shows and customer appreciation parties.
