• Utility– Less or no Errors made by the user during the process of completing a task

• Completeness– The extent or completeness of users’ solutions to tasks

• Structure & Consistency– Good and natural structuring makes for quick identification of the

functionalities.

• Ease To Input– The data input process should be simple. Preferably Native so the user has

nothing new to learn.

• Response time– The system must respond in an appropriate time (<3sec)

• Safety– User should feel secured and not overly intrusive while using the application– The application should only ask for external funcitons which are relevant. E.g.

Ecommerce app might need GPS details but doesn’t need the contact list.
