DESCRIPTION

Presented at UX Australia 2011 in Sydney. Influencing experience in a large organisation.. I say the old 'get engaged early' and 'get buy-in' are red herrings. From my experience, what needs to happen is to build relationships with product managers to show them not just what we do, but why we do it.
