What we’ve learned• Book a room• Prepare a script and Plan! file (helps when running

session multiple times)• Encourage interaction• 1 hour max• Training in an online environment is very different from

face-to-face training• Using Moodle ‘Groups’ is admin intensive

• 57% attendance
