ensure Utopia’s compliance with federal, state, localand landowner permits and contracts during theconstruction of the Utopia project. Following thepipelineinstallation,Manningwillalsooverseethefullrestorationofagriculturalpropertiesalongtheroute.

ConstructionoftheUtopiapipelinewilloccurinphases.Webeginby clearingandgrading theright-of-way. Thencrewswillstring,weldandinstallthepipe,layingitintoatrenchandthencoveringit with soil. Before operations begin, the pipe is carefullyinspected and hydrostatically tested by filling it with water andrunningitathighpressures,asrequiredbytheU.S.DepartmentofTransportation regulations.
