The YPC Fast Track
Program provides a
broader group of donors with
the opportunity to participate
in a “step-up” leadership
giving program. Individuals/
Couples may join YPC by
giving $500 during the
first year of membership
with a commitment to step up to the $1,000
Leadership level by the third year of membership. The
step-up schedule is $500 the first year, $750 in year
two, and $1,000 by year three.
Fast Track members enjoy the same opportunities as
YPC members including attending Breakfast with a
Leader and other social events. Listing in the UWBB’s
Leadership Roster is reserved for the third year of
membership.

What is the YPC Fast Track Program?
YPCUnited Way of the Big Bend’s Young Philanthropists
Circle (YPC) recognizes individuals/couples
under the age of 40 who contribute an annual gift of
$1,000 or more. YPC provides opportunities for young
professionals to become more engaged in our community
through philanthropy and volunteer activities.
What is YPC? Who We AreBreakfast with a Leader- This unique program for YPC members
offers an opportunity to meet with prominent philanthropists
in our community. Members get to know and learn from CEOs
and established community leaders.
VoLunteer actiVities- Volunteer events with United Way partner
agencies allow YPC members to get involved and make a
difference through hands-on activities. Previous activities
have included delivering meals to the elderly, planting
gardens, and renovating play spaces for kids.
connect YP- A variety of YPC networking events take place
throughout the year. Many socials are held in conjunction with
Access Tallahassee and the Network of Young Professionals.
MentorshiP PrograM- Connects YPC members with UWBB
Tocqueville Society and Board members through a one-year
mentor-based relationship. YPC members will also have the
opportunity to mentor a member of FSU’s Student United Way.
Members must meet certain eligibility criteria to participate in
this program.

extreme makeover: Agency edition
The Young
Philanthropists Circle coordinates
it’s annual Extreme Makeover: Agency Edition
volunteer project every spring. YPC teams up
with other groups in the Big Bend to perform
improvement projects at several local United Way
agencies. Every year brings about a different set
of agencies and projects.
