Achieve and overall goal of rapid, sustained, and broad based economic growth in Serbia

Value Chain (VC) Driven project – VC Analysis– Focus on a limited number of value chains with high

potential– Set a vision for the growth of the value chain– Work with private sector and government to address all

constraints Apply a Business Services Approach

tools– Employ once off investments to stimulate service
