The total of the nutrients that we need is called diet. A balanced diet provides all the nutrients in correct amounts, needed to carry out life process.

The Function of Water in Balanced Diet

Human body is 70% of water. Two-thirds of this water is in the cytoplasms of the cells.

Also the other third of water is in tissues and blood plasma.

Also humans lose about 1.5 litre of water per a day. This is because of feaces, sweat, exhaled air and urine.

A loss of 5% of water can cause unconsciousness,and a los of 10% of water can be fatal. So we should fill the loss of water by drinking something or eating friutty vagatables.

For men is roughly 3 liters (about 13 cups)

 For women is 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) 

The Funtion of Fibre in Balanced Diet

Fibre is an undigestible part of food. Largely cellulose from plant cell walls which provides bulk for feaces.

In deprivation of fibre… In lack of fibre, it causes constipation. If

the deprivation is bigger, it may cause bowel cancer.
