• Nurse-managedimmunizations;pharmacist-runINRclinic;andprograms including mental health counselling, nutrition, foot care,lactationsupport,andsmoking-cessationsupport,tonameafew

• SeeingpatientsinpersonandvirtuallyduringCOVID

• OSCAREMR,OTNforvirtualappointments,andE-consultationservice to specialists

• ClinichoursMondaytoFridayfrom8:30a.m.to4:30p.m.
