Cancellation and Refund Policy
Class Registration: Registration must be no later than three
(3) business days prior to the event and payment must be
received before the class. The class book may be picked up
after the payment is received. Minimum of 6 registered to hold
class.
Event Cancellation: Hancock Public Health reserves the right
to cancel a class due to lack of registrations, inclement weath-
er, or any situation or condition that could impact the health
and safety of participants. Participants will be notified of any
cancellation at least one hour prior to the class.
Refund Policy: No later than three (3) business days of the
class date, cancellations should be called in to Hancock Public
Health. Refunds will be made according to the qualifications
below.
A full refund of the class fee will be made only if:
~Registration is received after the class has reached maximum
capacity or after the registration deadline.
~The class is cancelled due to lack of registrations or any
situation or condition that could impact the health and safety of
participants.
A refund will not be given if:
~An individual does not attend the class.
