What is the PTA?  The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation with a goal of a quality education and nurturing environment for every child.

YOUR membership makes possible: art classes & supplies, special assemblies, & fun family events. PTA also facilitates the Sister School Program and funds emergency supplies for each classroom

The Gator Fund, an affiliate of the SRV Education Fund, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources to maximize the quality of education at Golden View through the collaboration of parents, educators, SSC, PTA and the community. The Fund accepts donations and raises money to support educational programs at Golden View. gator fund

The School Site Council is comprised of teachers, parents, classified staff and the principal. The Council annually reviews the

School Site Plan and makes decisions regarding the spending of SIP (School Improvement Program)

funds.

ArrivalPark on the street and walk student to blacktop.

ALL TK and Kindergarten students will line up on TK/Kindergarten playground.

Signs will be posted for where each class should line up on the first day.

Stay with student until teacher opens classroom door.

NO playing on playground equipment or race track.

Parking DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH DRIVEWAY.

Driveway is for buses and emergency vehicles only.

Buses will be dropping off TK students.

Please park on street and walk your child to the playground.

Those students attending the YMCA will be walked over by YMCA staff

If your child is being transported by another off-site daycare or organization, please let your teacher know via email.

DismissalAM ClassDismissed at the front of the school. Pull up in first two lanes.

PM ClassPark on street and walk to pick up student at playground classroom door.

If outside daycare provider is picking up

your child, please email your teacher and

cc Mrs. Huajardo.

Parents invited to PTA-hosted coffee in the Multiuse Room until dismissal.
