Technology (6th Grade) course introduces students
to the process of design, the importance of
engineering graphics, and applications of electricity
and electronics, mechanics, energy,
communications, automation/robotics,
manufacturing processes and control
systems/computer programming. This course also
helps students build a solid foundation in
technological literacy while they study engineering-
related careers and educational pathways.

communication, energy/power-transportation,
production, and bio-related technologies.
TEHNOLOGY STUDENT ASSOCIATION
TSA
The Technology Student Association (TSA) is a national, non-profit organization of middle and high school students who are engaged in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Since TSA was chartered in 1978, almost 4,000,000 student members have participated through challenging competitions, leadership opportunities, and community service.
In addition to classroom/ laboratory experiences, students participate in the Technology Student Association (TSA). Activities of the TSA are an integral part of the instructional program because they promote/foster personal growth, leadership and opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
