What’s New in VentusService Management

Dispatch Board Alarm Function

• Under Misc Options: Added a new function to the Dispatch Board which will show Alarm on and Display the last alarm. When you choose alarm on at the top of the board you will see A+.

• It will display the alarm when the ticket is past the scheduled time. Comparing scheduled time to current time. Once a ticket alarm has been acknowledged, it will not display the alarm again for that ticket unless you exit the Dispatch Board and come back in.

• Each time you come into the board you have to choose alarm on. The default is for Alarm off.

Dispatch Board Time Option

Dispatch Board Layout: Added the Time Option so that the user now has the ability to specify AM/PM time or Military time.

Go to Maintain > Service > Dispatch Board Layout Maintenance to the General Option. The default option is AM/PM.

Add/Edit Words for Comments

Words can be added/edited from spell check for comments in the Dispatch Board or Complete and Update Tickets.

Print Tickets Note Completed Report

Print Tickets Not Completed report under Daily Reports will now print the full address or at least partial address.

Copy Report Options will need to be run for this report.

PM Scheduling Method

On the Contract Tab of Site Maintenance the PM Scheduling Method has a new option for "Every 4th Month“.

Include Use Tax in Cost on Service Invoices

Use tax can now be include in the cost for service invoices. Go to Company Maintenance on the SB Options tab, page 2, to select this option.

Print Tickets Not Completed Report

Print tickets not completed" listed under Daily Reports for Service Management now has a column that shows the status of the ticket.

Flat Rate Price Import

Import Flat Rate: Added the ability to specify where to load the Kimmon files when loading Callahan Roach information.

Go to Tasks, Service Management, Import Flat Rate.

Site List Detail Report

Now has the option to print the Site List with Detail. The report has the ability to specify one, range or All.

Go to Reports, Service Management, Site Detail Report.

Service Backlog Hours Report

Rules for this report to work. The problem code has to have estimated hours assigned to it. The ticket has to have status of not complete in the completed ticket entry screen. The technician information pulls from the labor lines that have been entered on the service ticket.

E-Mapping or E-Routing

A specific ticket can be selected or all tickets can be selected.

E-Service

Provides a customer Portal into Ventus to log their own service request.In the customer file, there is a place to create the login and password for the customer login.The Administrator can see who is logged in along with the account information.

INFORMATION HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PREVENTENTIVE MAINTENANCE.

It is easy to see from this screen which PM’s have been completed

THE DIVISION FIELD HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE PM SETUP SCREEN

TASK CAN NOW BE ADDED TO MAIN LINES AND BOTTOM LINES
