WORK ATTENDANCE
OFFICIAL WORKING HOURS:
Mondays- Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Training programs or briefing sessions can be done on Saturdays which are considered as investments in the employees, hence no OT. WISE is used for recording daily time in/out
TIME IN / TIME OUT:All employees are required to Time-In and Out on the days they have worked. Those who are unable to do so for a valid reason should file for COA (Certificate of Attendance) to complete their time entries. Two days after payroll cut-off, any work day with missing time entry will be considered as LWOP.Missing time entries refer to: (a) Both time in and time out (b) There is only one entry: either time in or time out. Request for approval and pay may be done in the next pay period. Such request must be done only within 1 month. Attendance record will not change.
BREAK TIME :Coffee Break15 minutesbetween 9:30 to 10:30 AMbetween 3:00 to 4:00 PM

ABSENCES :Non-Emergency/ Non-Sickness
secure approval from immediate supervisor prior to date of absence
file leaves in WISE.
NOTE: 2 or more consecutive days of absence will require a Medical Clearance
ABSENCES :Emergency/Sicknessnotification should be given to immediate supervisor within first hour of the first day of absence
Extended absencesnotify immediate supervisor every three (3) days from the first day of absence
ABSENCES PRIOR TO A HOLIDAY:As stated in the Labor Code:
"Employees who are on leave without pay on the day immediately preceding a regular holiday will not be paid the required holiday pay if he has not worked on such a regular holiday".
TARDINESS : 10-minute grace period for payroll deductions only
after official time-in shall be considered late
Tardiness of more than 3 hours from official start time will be considered at half-day LWOP unless filed as paid Leave
UNDERTIME : deducted automatically from employee's payroll
as a matter of courtesy, all employees should secure approval
Undertime of more than 3 hours prior to official end of shift will be considered at half-day LWOP unless filed as paid Leave
OVERTIME :justified by the need to meet deadlines, unforeseen work loads, or other specific reasons (ie. client requirements)minimum of 31 minutesOvertime of more than 7 hours will automatically deducted 1 hour meal breakDiscouraged for OJTs, but if it happens total OT hours will be included in the total training hours.
TARDINESS / UNDERTIME FOR OJTsdeducted automatically from employee's total #training hours
as a matter of courtesy, all employees shouldsecure approval even for school related matters
LEAVES : Maternity LeaveGranted by SSS, up to the 4th delivery or miscarriage.Paternity LeaveMaximum of 7 paid working days, for the first 4 pregnancies of legitimate spouse.Parental LeaveMaximum of 7 paid working days, for certified solo parent.
