DESCRIPTION

Your brand is not completely shaped by your organization, but a strong brand identity can project and protect brand perceptions. This presentation is a visual metaphor for the branding process.

TRANSCRIPT

We just got a great new logo from our designer

We’re a one-person shop right now and I know where the logo files are.

I need to adjust the logo to fit on my web site header.

We’ve rolled out the new web site.

And we’re running some ads.

We need to try Facebook and Twitter.

We just hired our first employee!

We didn’t give her training or give her the right files, but she’s sending out letters and proposals.

We’re growing and adding more staff.

More staff updating the web site, the Facebook page and our Twitter account.

Great story about us. They didn’t get all the details right, but any press is good press.

Our customers love us!

They talk about us everywhere.

Talk, share, complain, etc.

Let’s try this again.

We just got a great new logo from our designer.

In addition to the logo, we have a complete brand identity for our website design, marketing materials and social media.

My personal brand, when I represent the organization, is in sync with the brand identity, too.

We’re growing and adding employees!

We’ve trained them on our identity standards and our brand’s mission.

Great story about us and we’re going to use it to our advantage.

Our customers love us!

They love to talk about us!

We’re sharing customer stories on our web site and Facebook pages.
