• NWMLS is developing their own AVM which will appear in MLSand on IDX sites that choose to add it

• Seperately, the “AVM Opt-out” DDoesn’t affect Zillow.combecause we’re not a brokerage and we don’t have an IDX feed

• Zestimates appear on listings pages on some brokerage sites(e.g., Redfin.com, ZipRealty.com)• If seller opts out of AVM, then brokerage site removes AVM from

brokerage site

• But that listing will still appear on Zillow via broker feed, and will still havea Zestimate• If no Zestimate, it’s an address matching issue
