LITHIUM FERRO PHOSPHATE (LiFePO4) The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, also called LFP battery is a type of lithium-ion

battery, which uses LiFePO4 as a cathode material, and a graphitic carbon electrode with a

metallic current collector grid as the anode. LiFePO4 batteries lower energy density and offer

longer lifetimes, better power density (the rate that energy can be drawn from them) and are
