Off-Peak Rates
Monday - Thursday
4 hours $100
UMD discounted off-peak rates are priced in 4-hour blocks of time for 120 guests or fewer.
UMD discounted rates do not apply on holidays and do not include tours of the mansion or estate.
University departments and collegiate units receive discounted rates when renting space at Glensheen during off-peak hours, Monday through Thursday.

Groups larger than 120 guests are required to rent a tent at renter ’s expense.

3 Floors $450/hourExplore the First Floor, Second Floor and Lower Level. Tour guides will be stationed throughout the rooms providing mini-guided experiences in each sector of the home.
2 Floors $250/hourExplore the First Floor and Lower Level. A minimum of 8 guides will be stationed throughout the fi rst fl oor providing mini-guided experiences in each room of that fl oor.
Self-Guided Tours are only available during non-tour hours unless otherwise noted.
