Pray for overall discernment as you read. Make notes in a personal prayer journal on what God reveals to you during your prayer time.

Deep State: noun a body of people, typically influential members of government agencies or the military, believed to be involved in the secret manipulation or control of government policy.

Leaks. Organized resistance. Interagency confusion and sabotage. Unfounded allegations. Unrelenting personal smears. These things are more than just typical bureaucracy. They result from strategic power-plays by factions deep within the government itself. Actions take place hidden from public view—often with media complicity to further their stories and claims.

Deep State often has the strategic cooperation of well-placed players within departments that leak, surveil, operate outside the law, and advance an agenda—and oppose all those who stand in their way. An example of deep state activity has played out before our very eyes with the revealed texts and actions of FBI highly-placed Special Agent Peter Strozk. His collaboration with others in government to “make sure it doesn’t happen” when speaking about the election of President Donald Trump. “We’ll stop it,” he texted on August 8, 2016, to paramour and fellow FBI employee Lisa Page.

Strozk and Page are not alone. Communications show a coordinated group effort using agency time and resources, to defeat President Donald Trump. Efforts to also neutralize Trump associates such as General Flynn, Carter Page and others has taken place, and we have seen the full weight and authori-ty of the intelligence and investigatory communities

moving to destroy them. More evidence has been discovered about the purposeful targeting of Flynn.

Defending General Flynn has been an uphill battle against the Deep State. Flynn’s latest attorney, Sidney Powell was stonewalled by prosecutors refus-ing to supply required Brady files—files that Powell knew would exonerate Flynn. Attorney General Barr was so disturbed by what he saw in the Flynn case that he assigned a U.S. Attorney in St. Louis to review it. Reports are that we will be hearing from the Justice Department on that soon. Be in prayer!

The reports of the FISA warrant activity and un-masking shows the methods of these participants. How rules are broken, spying is hidden and how media members are included in propagating a narra-tive and how the public and sometimes Congress, is never the wiser. Every day it seems there are new revelations such as planned leaks of false infor-mation, and other subversive activities.

Another hope to see justice in our government agencies is the probe led by U.S. Attorney Durham. He and his team are “investigating the investigators.” Reports are that this investigation is focusing largely on John Brennan. Let’s pray all wrongdoing is discov-ered and justice is served. Pray for him and his team as they search for truth.

Take a moment and pray about the hidden agendas and illegal actions in our government. These plans are being uncovered before us at this moment. Some news outlets will cover it—some will not. Pray that any plan to undermine, harm, derail and subvert elected officials would be uncovered. Pray that any conspiracy plans would be revealed and any illegal acts prosecut-ed. Pray Isaiah 28:17. Ask God to clean house in our government!

Deep state. Shadow government. Both terms describe entities operating with their own agenda, secretly, subversively and without check. Some have called it a “silent coup”. It is like a dangerous current moving unseen under the water. Use this Prayer Guide to give strategy to your prayer time. The guiding Scripture for this prayer effort is John 3:20: Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. PRAYER AGENDA: Ask God to bring “light to the darkness” in our government and in positions of power involving our nation. Pray for the people on the reverse side who are alleged to be a part of deep state activities, and pray for those who are leading the effort to unveil them. Pray for our President and his Administration as they battle these efforts. Pray for truth, justice and restoration of integrity in our government and leaders. Continue to pray about this struggle for power that is so obviously a spiritual issue.

media outlets have been found to have colluded in publishing false stories planted by Deep State players, still

other outlets and platforms are suppressing Conservative stories and messages on social media and the inter-

net. Pray for truth for the people who have the power over the airwaves, the ink and the internet.

Pray about the people associated with Deep State actions. While we cannot know all the players, pray for those we are aware of, that the truth would be revealed about their hidden involvement, and that these players would be transformed for Christ. Pray Jeremiah 7:8, that their lying words would not profit. This is ultimately a spiritual battle —pray for victory against the plans of the enemy, as in Ephesians 6:12.

Who’s exposing and fighting the

Deep State?

Is justice about to be served? Documents released on May13, 2020 indicate that General Flynn was being surveilled by the government he served and that a num-ber of high-ranking officials from the Obama administration—including then-Vice President Joe Biden—requested information con-cerning General Flynn’s activities while serving as a General in the U.S. Army. These high-ranking officials’ names just became public in a document revealing the names of those who requested Flynn’s identity to be “unmasked.” “Unmasking” is a legal request made by intelligence officials to acquire the real identity of a person who was under blind surveillance. The timing of these requests should be noted —they are after the 2016 election in the waning hours of the Obama administration. The motive and use of this information is not completely known except that these reports were used by U.S. intelligence agencies to initiate the conversation at the White House where Flynn, was entrapped to lie, and was denied access to an attorney. We also know that these intelligence reports were also leaked to the Washington Post starting the public campaign where General Flynn’s reputation was tarnished.

The focus in all of this has been the removal of President Donald Trump. It was the answer to the problem that progressives found themselves in with the surprising election results, and it became the mantra of the media. What few realized was that even when Trump was a candidate, some Obama administration officials were crafting plans to “take down” candidate Trump, and then later, President Trump. It was hard to believe that something this egregious would be happening in the United States. Hard proof of the surveillance was scarce, and the Obama team struck early in the Trump presidency with the Russia collusion charges, putting the new administration on the defense from day one.

As Trump’s term progressed, we saw the Mueller Special Counsel, the Congressional hearings resulting in impeachment by the House, and even the indictment of several Trump associates such as Stone, Flynn (recently exonerated by the DOJ), and others. It is not an exaggeration to say that it has also dominated the news and talk shows for three and a half years.

The day of reckoning may have arrived. Documents were discovered by U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen that showed some disturbing evi-dence of General Flynn being framed and trapped into perjury by FBI Director James Comey and others. What was also shocking to be discovered was evidence that President Obama was also part of that plan to “pull the trigger” on General Flynn. Attorney General Barr responded to this evidence by dropping charges against General Flynn. At this time, Judge Sullivan has delayed any action to dismiss the case.

The thread that was pulled in finding this new body of evidence was followed by documents from acting Director of National Intelli-gence Richard Grenell. Several waves of documents were released, declassified, and promise to provide further evidence of wrong-doing by many Obama administration officials. Names are forthcoming—some were just released.

The goal of this unique special report is to help familiarize yourself with the names and roles of the people you may be hearing about in the news. The web is wide and deep, and involves many agencies, outside groups, and players. We have done our best to pull out the most notable people you will likely be hearing about through the rest of this document reveal. We are asking you to pray through this report—we have provided prayer points on each page. Overall, know that this information, while welcome to those who seek the truth, will be explosive, and our nation is in unprecedented times. A large number of the previ-ous administration officials have sabotaged the current administration. It will bring great upheaval. Through it, pray for restoration of truth and justice in our nation. Invite God to clean house and make paths straight again.

Pray for PROTECTION for each of these officials who are standing firm for truth, uncovering corrup-tion in our government, even at their potential peril. Pray Psalm 91 over them by name. Pray for their staffs who are working along with them to bring the truth that has been hidden for years.

With all of the hearings, investigations, and media coverage on trying to find fault with the President, few are looking at the story behind the controversy. Pray for these people who are pursing the truth when many aren’t even looking for it. Pray for protection for each of them as they uncover those who were in the shadows pulling strings to implicate the President and others. Pray that justice would be served, and those in our government who assisted in these false charges would be removed from their positions.

Even when truth has been discovered, the road to justice can be a battle. Pray through this process, upholding all those who will be seeking to prosecute those who have acted illegally. This will certainly be a difficult time for our nation as well, focus prayer not only for justice and the rule of law to be restored, but also for healing. Here are some prayer points from God’s word we encourage you to pray. Add others in your prayer notes as you are led.

Pray that justice would prevail again in our nation. It seems that there is so much coming against the triumph of truth—pray that God the deliverer rescue our nation from those who harm it.

Pray that there would be a resurgence in the desire for truth and justice in our nation. Pray for a hunger for righteousness.

Ask God for joy in our nation upon seeing justice. Pray it would delight people of all kinds to see justice being done. Pray that we would appreciate those who work for justice in our nation.
