Located next to the ancient Village Green in the historic village of Seacroft in Leeds, Seacroft Grange offers an impressive choice of care services for a wide range of age groups, with modern nursing and therapeutic accommodation.

Our range of

Nursing support is available throughout the care village ensuring people have access to specialist care in a more homely residential environment.

Long-term Care Our buildings, set over three floors, are designed to meet the specific needs of those living there. Each floor has its own identity with generous day space and kitchen to ensure comfort and functionality combine seamlessly. Our facilities include infrared sensors within the nurse call system, ceiling track hoists and en-suite wet rooms.

Nursing Care & Care Practitioners Fully qualified nursing staff lead the teams and are on hand 24 hours per day to provide care and support for people who need nursing care. Nursing support is available throughout the care village ensuring people have access to specialist care in a more homely residential environment. Student nurses join our teams as part of their training.

Respite Caring for a loved one is one of the most difficult and challenging aspects of family life. We offer a solution in the form of respite care, giving families the opportunity to try our village and have a much-needed rest.

Rehabilitation At Seacroft Grange, not only do we offer rehabilitation for the individual, but we can also support the immediate family unit with one of our “moving on” solution apartments, enabling independent family life to continue with the reassurance of care being close at hand.

Day Care Our day care is offered at the vibrant heart of the village. With its range of premium facilities, including a bistro, cinema, hairdressers, spa and gym equipment, you’ll be spoilt for choice. What’s more our person centred therapeutic day care can be accessed for any period of time and a programme developed to suit your specific needs. The local community are also able to access these facilities by arrangement.

Home Care In addition to on-site care we can provide high-quality home care through our award-winning Springfield Homecare Services. Our professional team of trusted homecare staff will work with you to ensure the correct care package is provided seamlessly. We aim to deliver the highest standards of homecare with a positive and caring approach.

Whatever your needs, our experienced team of staff are equipped to deal with more complex requirements including those living with memory impairment, dementia, disability and brain injury. Our specialist nurses and care staff are trained to provide high-quality residential and nursing care around the clock, supporting residents in every aspect of their lives.

These apartments can be fully adapted to cater for a wide range of care needs. Our unique

At Seacroft Grange we have eleven adapted apartments and five suites for those with more specific needs, in order to provide unique environments for either fully or partially supported care. This accommodation can be tailored to cater for the broad needs of our clients, regardless of age.

At the centre of Seacroft Grange Care Village is a lovingly restored Grade II listed building, which has stood proudly in the historic village of Seacroft since the 1600s. It is a place where people can come together to enjoy a meal, visit the cinema, drop into the bistro, access the hairdresser and activity rooms or relax in the spa or therapy rooms.

This unique facility has not only been recognised as an ideal place for clients to live, Seacroft Grange was awarded ‘The Best Residential’ scheme in Yorkshire at the RICS Yorkshire Property Awards in 2014. This award honours an outstanding residential development, which has successfully integrated into the surrounding area and community and has acted as a catalyst for further economic activity in the area.

At the vibrant heart

The historic village of Seacroft was chosen as a location for our care village because it provided great access to local amenities as well as being directly opposite the Village Green with its very own cricket pitch.

Medical CentreThe Grange Medical Centre is located next door to Seacroft Grange on the York Road. The practice has disabled access, parking and provides the full range of general medical services and has a special interest in a variety of medicine and health management spheres.

Shopping & ActivitiesThe area offers a number of activities suited to all age groups. The Cricketers Arms, which is adjacent to the Care Village overlooks the Village Green which hosts two annual galas organised by the Seacroft Residents Association. Seacroft Grange is also within easy walking distance of the local church and shopping centre which has a large Tesco extra and a variety of other shops and services including the library, post office, pharmacy, opticians, bank and café.

TransportThe main transport interchange is next to the Shopping Centre in Seacroft. The bus station offers a regular service to Leeds, Wetherby, Harrogate and surrounding areas.

Located off of the A64, Seacroft Grange is conveniently located by the Village Green, just a ten minutes’ drive from the centre of Leeds. From Leeds take the A64 towards York/Selby. Turn left onto York Road and Seacroft Grange will be on the left, just before the Tesco Extra.
