Blender has many editors Each allows the access and

manipulation of the data The five highlighted to the

right appear on the default screen

Screen Layouts All these are designed to make it easier

to do a particular task 3D View Full, Animation, Compositing, Game Logic, Motion Tracking, Scripting, UV Editing, Video Editing

Default *** This is the one we’ll use most of the time

NOTE: if the entire screen layout changes then check the screen layout to see if you have changed it

Changing the settingsl On the Interface Tab, check

l Zoom To Mouse Positionl Rotate Around Selection

l Then click Save as Default

For Notebooks Blender users the Number pad

constantly, and since most Laptops, Notebooks do not have one. It will need to be Emulate

On the Input Tab Check Emulate Numpad This will use the number keys

instead of the Numpad

Fixing the User Interface

What if the entire layout changesl It's likely that you've changes screen layout

If everything disappearsl Try <shift> + c to center the 3D viewl Try <alt> + h to unhide everything

What is it all goes wrong?l File -> Load Factory Settings

l The only hassle with this is that you lose everything.
