RE&EE Approach
• Approach effective strategic planning as an essential tool for guiding the future development in RE&EE for the Arab region which possess a clear socio-economic, cultural, and ecological identity.
• Propose new energy legislations to the Member States through the Arab Council of Electricity Ministers to ensure RE&EE policy design harmonization and integration.

Citizens“ adopted by the Arab Economic and Social
Development Summit (Kuwait-January 20, 2009), which
states “promoting Arab cooperation in the field of energy,
particularly in improving its efficiency, and conserving its
use as means of achieving sustainable development.“
Energy Efficiency Political Framework
The Arab End Use Electricity Efficiency Improvement and Conversation Guideline were approved by the executive office of the Arab Ministerial Council of Electricity in the decision no. 195 taken in the 26th meeting held in 23 November 2010.
