Job descriptionWe offer an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Designer (f/m) the possibility to give technical guidance as a chip lead and contribute to the company's success in the field of power management applications.

In your new role you will:

IC developments as chip leadTechnically coordinate

analog/mixed-signal Develop circuit concepts

analog/mixed-signal integrated Design and verify circuits

with concept, physical design, lab, test and quality engineers Closely cooperatein an international team

IC Support validation

ProfileYour working style is process oriented and you have the ability to keep flexible even in a complex working environment. Furthermore, quality is very important for you.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A University / University of Applied Sciences degree in , Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics Physics

Experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design & verification

Considerable top-level IC design experience

Good understanding of analog/mixed-signal (Cadence, Synopsys)design flows

Understanding of and/or and/or high voltage CMOS BCD technologies knowledgein the area of (e.g. DC-DC converters, inverters, etc.) will be power applicationsan advantage

Fluent skillsEnglish

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H - I (www.feei.at/arbeitswelt/kv-tabellen-statistik/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
