CRISTA AMPULLARIS in ampulla of a semicircular duct.

Current in the endolymph moves thecupula and the sensory hairs.

Otoliths are not present in the cupula.

With a slow rotation theendolymph stays stillwhile the wall of thesemicircular duct moves,dragging the cupula ofthe crista ampullaris.
