HOW TO USE

MICROSOFT


This service is use to be

called “Skydrive”


It is similar to dropbox

and google drive


Its offer almost 15GB for

FREE!!

Instead saving your file

in the desktop you will

save it in OneDrive


Very convenient and

useful service


You can easily save

your files


First open your browser


Type

onedrive.live.com


This will appear


If you’ve been a

skydrive user in the

pass just click sign in

But when you sign up

in onedrive


You will ask to

choose an account

type you like


In OneDrive for

business allows you to

synchonize your files


And make them

available offline


It gives free trial and

after that you have to

pay for it


If you already have an

account just go and

sign in


Type your email add here


This will appear


Just click sign in


This will take you in your

OneDrive storage space


To get started click here


It will appear the files that

you have save


Click upload


If you want to upload a file

from your desktop or in

other folder


This will appear


Pointing your arrow to the

file a circle will appear


It will give you another

command that what you

want to do to your file


Click share


You can send a file to your

friends or link it to your

website


Click download


If you want to download it

to your desktop and have

a copy of a file


Click delete


If you want the file to be

deleted on your OneDrive


Click Move to


If you want to move your

file to other folder


It will give you an option

where to move your file


A folder that existed to

your OneDrive storage


Click Copy to


If you want to have a

copy of a file to other

folder in OneDrive


You can create a new

folder if you want

embed the files


I don’t recommend to

embed your files especially

when automatically add file


If you embed the folder,

people might see files that

you don’t want to


You can also drag your

files from your desktop


And drag it to your

OneDrive


Drag the file to your folder


You can also upload the

file or folder to OneDrive


Just click upload


Upload any files you want


At the side bar you can see

another option


Click Files


Will show the save files you

have in your storage space


Click Recent


Will show your previous

activity that you do


Click Photo


Will show the date when did

you upload your photos


This will appear


Click Album


Create an album that

you like to share to your

friends


Use this if you want to

organize your files


Finding a picture on your

computer can be very

difficult


Especially if you have

thousands of them.


But nothing to

worry!


You can make it easier

to find your pictures


Because cloud storage

automatically tag your

photos


Click Tags


Your photos will appear with

tagname


How to create your own tag

name?


Go to your file


And click a photo that

you like to put a tag


And double click the

photo


This will appear


At the menu bar you can

see the edit tag

This will appear


Type the desire tag you like


If you want to change it click

x to delete what you have

type

To show the details of

your photo


Here is the tag you created

At the top of the photo are

That you can do to your
