• The Meet-Me conference is always there, whenever you need it.•Spontaneously reserve ports for an important meeting

• Use the Conference Monitor page to actively control your conference.

•Who is in the conference•Who is talking•Eliminate noise or music on hold by muting anyone or everyone.•Remove unwanted participants.

• Use the Options page to determine how the conference works.•Record the conference.•Set security options.•Announce everyone that joins or leaves.•Name the conference so callers know they are in the right place.•Record a message for all callers to hear as they join.•Control Music, Beeps, participant counts, etc., on a call by call basis.
