She died when she was 15 when her sister Margot got sick from an illness Typhus. When Margot died she gave the illness to Anne. Anne got sick and then she died 2 weeks after her sister died

For her 13th birthday, her parents gave her a diary which she is the diary she wrote.

By her thirteenth birthday Nazis were taking over Amsterdam and making anti-Jewish rules, and she was Jewish.

Her full name is Annelies Marie FrankShe didn’t get really along with her mother .She was sent to the concentration camp Auschwitz later they sent anne and Margot to Bergen Belsen.

Born 16 February 1926. She is very quite. She didn’t socializes as much Anne did. She didn’t have a lot of friends. She is a very smart person. She died march 1945. She was 16 years old when her family went into hiding. Died from illness typhus. She went to Auschwitz but later they put anne and Margot to

Bergen Belsen.

Born January 16, 1900 Didn’t really get alone with Anne. Died Jan 6, 1945 (age 45 years) She went to Auschwitz. She died of starvation. she always kept her food and

gave it to anne and Margot but when anne and Margot had to go to another camp, Edith thought they were coming back so she didn’t eat the food and hid it for her daughters .

The secret AnnexThe secret Annex was at otto job in the attic. The helpers were Meip Geis. She gave them food and help them with anything. They are 8 members in the secret annex. First, it was just the frank family then, the Van Daans came then Dussel came.

Mrs. van Daan is one person that Anne can’t stand. She died arrivaling to the camp. She is very selfish and very mean she always thinks

she is the most important . She was born September 29 1900. She is the cook of the house. She went to Auschwitz .

Is the only one that was gassed at the gas chambers. Born march 31 1889. He worked for Otto Frank. Died September 6 1944. Likes to smoke .

+Peter Van Daan

He was born November 8 1926. Died may 5 1945. He and anne liked each other. He died 3 days before they liberated the camp. He went to Auschwitz. First Anne didn’t like him , she thought he was a very

mean and selfish like his mother but through out the hiding she fell in love.

+ Dussel He was the last member to go hiding. Born April 30 1889. Died December 20 1944. He shared a room with Anne. He is a dentist . Went to Auschwitz.

+Meip Gies She help the secret annex. She died in 2010 she was 100. She saved anne diary. Went to jail because of helping the secret

annex for 4 years. Works for Otto Frank. Biggest helper . Died of old age.

+June 12, 1929:  Anneliese Marie, or Anne, is born in Frankfurt, Germany.Summer 1933:  Hitler becomes Chancellor of Germany. The first anti-Jewish laws are established. The Franks decide that the family must move to the Netherlands.May 10, 1940:  The German army invades the Netherlands.June 12, 1942: Anne receives a diary for her 13th birthday.July 5, 1942: Anne's older sister, Margot, receives a call-up notice to report for deportation to a forced-labor camp. The family goes into hiding the next day.

+July 13, 1942: The van Pels, another Jewish family originally from Germany, join the Franks in hiding.November 16, 1942: Fritz Pfeffer, the eighth and final resident of the Secret Annex, joins the Frank and van Pels families.August 4, 1944: The residents of the Secret Annex are betrayed and arrested. They are taken to a police station in Amsterdam and eventually to Westerbork transit camp.September 3, 1944: The eight prisoners are transported in a sealed cattle car to Auschwitz on the last transport ever to leave Westerbork. At Auschwitz, the men are separated from the women.

+June 3, 1945:Otto Frank arrives in Amsterdam, where he is reunited with Miep and Jan Gies. He knows his wife has died, but he does not know that his daughters have died too. He still has hope.October 24, 1945: Otto Frank receives a letter informing him that his daughters died at Bergen-Belsen. Miep gives Anne's diary to Otto. She found and hid the diary after the Franks' arrest and had been hoping to return it to Anne.Summer 1947:The first 1,500 copies of Anne's diary are published in Amsterdam.
