Anne Frank was and is famous for her heart-warming diary that expresses the trials and tribulation that she went through as a Jew. She is still treasured in the many mind’s of those who consider her as an exalted writer.
Anne Frank was given birth to in Frankfurt , Germany on the 12th of June 1929.She was three years younger than her older sister Margot. The name of her parents were Edith and Otto.
They moved to Amsterdam in Holland because of the hardships were currently happening in Germany. Her father Otto had already organised them a place to go into hiding. A few of Otto's friends agreed and co-operated with Otto to insure the safety of his family. It was very difficult having to live in hiding for a period of two years. They were supplied with food by trustworthy people one of them known as Meip Gies, Elli Vossen, Victor Kraler, and Jo Koophuis.
In a time of such desperation the family was discovered and raided then disposed of into different concentration camp Bergen-Belsen where Margot and Anne became memories of the past.
Her father Otto survived the vast years of captivity and published the diary to express his daughters ambition to become a writer.
Anne Frank will always be remembered in times of hardship and in times of disaster but well and truly she will be remembered for her life story.
