Chapel Close, St Athan
We developed 16 ‘super-green’ affordable homes on the site of a former Methodist Church in St Athan. Funds from this were used by the Methodist community to
build The Gathering Place, St Athan Church and Community Centre on Flemingston Road.

Cwrt San Mihangel, Cathays, Cardiff
In 1995 in partnership with the Church in Wales we redeveloped St Michael & All Angels Church in Cathays, Cardiff, building 18 apartments (two of which benefit from additional support for residents with particular needs), as well as a new, fit-for-purpose modern church.

Christchurch Court, Llandrindod Wells
Working with the United Reform Church in Llandrindod Wells the original church on the site was demolished when we built Christchurch Court retirement scheme on the site, including its own dedicated church. The congregation now meets regularly in the heart of Christchurch Court. The picture shows the door into the Church on the far left hand side of the scheme.

St Paul’s, Grangetown, Cardiff
Working with the Church in Wales and the parishioners of St. Pauls we have a concept agreed for the conversion of the Grade II listed church and the grounds to create affordable housing and retain the Chancel for worship and community use. This is a long term project likely to take 2 – 3 years to complete.

Church of St. Peter and St Paul Abercanaid.....
Working with the Church in Wales and the parishioners we purchased the redundant church and the grounds in 2014 and will commence the redevelopment of the site in February 2015. We are working with the Church to support them in their plans to refurbish the existing church hall to ensure it can provide a useful worship and community space for the future.
