Vision
MarFlex designs, manufactures and maintains fi xed and portable cargo pump systems
for the maritime and offshore sectors. We believe that consideration for people and
the environment and honest collaboration in a professional, customer-orientated
organisation are essential in order to create:
• total ‘one pump per tank’ systems that set the standard for the market
• a stimulating and inspiring work environment
Mission Pumping Excellence
Global Pump Investment 2012 5
Mission & Vision
MarFlex
MarFlex has to supply a product that exceeds the customer’s expectations in all
respects. We will achieve this goal by continually thinking and working in a customer-
orientated way, and by delivering innovation and quality. Our employees have to
expe rience MarFlex as a professional and challenging environment, where they can
enjoy their work and realise their ambitions. Our stakeholders must also continue to
see MarFlex as an investment-worthy organisation.
In order to sustain and grow organizations we must recognize that customer satisfaction
is pivotal, as customers ultimately determine the quality of products and the value that
they perceive from those products.
Pumping Excellence outlines a set of core corporate values that all members in the
stakeholder value chain must uphold, and is aligned with the aim to exceed customer
satisfaction.
This set of values entails:
That each stakeholder is vigilant of their actions and responsibilities in relation to cus-
tomer satisfaction. They must avoid fragmented thinking and adopt a holistic view, so
that everything they do – or refrain from doing – serves the purpose of creating customer
satisfaction. We therefore believe that people and the culture in which they work are the
forces that determine succes IF they are aligned with the objectives that recognize the
importance of customer satisfaction.
