• CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT: Training, manuals, good practices, improving systems for bid document and project appraisals, risk management systems
• INSTITUTIONALISATION: MIS development, consultations with stakeholders, quality checks and improvements on PPP/bid documents, project pipeline conceptualisation and supervision of projects
