1. Riesgo de Hematoma Epidural/Espinal 1: 3.100/ 1: 40.800
2. Sospeche y trate rapidamente el hematoma (<6-12h)
3. Anticoagulantes nuevos esperar mínimo 2 vidas ½ para
realizar técnicas neuroaxiales
4. Retirar un cateter tiene igual o mayor riesgo que su
inserción.
5. Paraclínicos normales NO descartan alt. De Coagulación.
