Each ticket is a revocable license allowing access to a Golf Channel Tournament. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibilityof Golf Channel, LLC. (“Golf Channel”) or a Golf Channel Tournament and will not be replaced. By entering onto the grounds of a GolfChannel Tournament: You assume all risk and danger arising out of your attendance, including loss of your personal property, or injuryfrom a golf shot or by other spectators or players, and you hereby release Golf Channel, the host organization, and their affiliates and sub-sidiaries, the Golf Channel Tournament, the host organization, television broadcasters, sponsors, host site, vendors, volunteers, and par-ticipating players from any and all liabilities arising out of such losses or injuries. You authorize Golf Channel to use your image or likenessas it may appear in any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the Golf Channel Tournament. As between you and Golf Channel,you hereby waive any claim of ownership to and acknowledge and agree that Golf Channel owns all media rights (now existing and to bedeveloped) associated with the Golf Channel Tournament, including without limitation all accounts, descriptions, recorded images (still ormoving), sound recordings, and scoring-related data of, from and at the Golf Channel Tournament (“Reproduction”). Without the expressprior written consent of Golf Channel, you agree not to capture, transmit or facilitate transmission of any Reproduction on the days of com-petitive golf rounds and not to stream or facilitate streaming of any Reproduction on any day of the Golf Channel Tournament, includingwithout limitation, any Collegiate-Am. You agree that in no event will you use or authorize others to use any Reproduction for any commercialor promotional purpose, and that any editorial uses of Reproductions require an official media credential. Upon reasonable request by GolfChannel, and at Golf Channel ’s cost and expense, you agree to sign any documents necessary to perfect the above waivers and GolfChannel’s ownership of all Reproductions. For security purposes, you hereby consent to the reasonable inspection of your person andproperty before entering the Golf Channel Tournament, which may include metal detection. No photo or video cameras, coolers, ladders,signs, firearms, explosive devices, etc. will be permitted onto the Golf Channel Tournament grounds. No alcoholic beverages may bebrought onto or taken from the Golf Channel Tournament grounds. Any misconduct, illegal activity, intoxication, use of illegal substance,or violation of any rule or instruction of Golf Channel Tournament representatives (“Rules”) is prohibited and shall be grounds for forfeitureof your ticket and for your removal from the premises. You agree that you shall not seek autographs of players in order to sell suchautographs, and you shall not pay another person to obtain an autograph for you for any purpose. All mobile phones, PDA’s, etc. must beon silent and must be used in accordance with the posted Mobile Device Policy. Tickets cannot be resold or otherwise used in a promotionor offered as a prize without permission from Golf Channel. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets. Host organization and Golf Channel reservethe right to revoke any ticket and cancel all privileges connected therein. Use of any parking site provided for Golf Channel Tournament at-tendees is entirely at the risk of the vehicle driver and/or owner. Please take appropriate security precautions and lock your vehicle.
