Day in the Life of…
Anyone who maintains and uses customer, vendor, worker, contact, addresses… I need a system that supports our mixed business model of both business-to-
business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) I need to identify all of the relationships a person or organization has to
another, including our own
I need to create records faster with limited amount of data I have to keep address and contact information synchronized because of
redundant data I don’t want to re-enter existing address information when entering
transactions
System Implementer I need to get customers implemented faster I need a system that supports both B2B and B2C business models without
customization
System Administrator I need to secure employee private information I need to secure parties on different business policies I need to reduce the amount of redundant data
