Anziani e Non Solo ABOUT US Anziani e Non Solo is a cooperative society working since 2004 in the field of social innovation, with a specific focus on management of project and promotion of products and services in the field of welfare and social inclusion. OUR PROJECTS

EIF—A.MIC.I - aim of the project is to help migrant micro-entrepreneurs to have access to micro credit

programmes providing support and accompaniment

Leonardo “IQEA Evo” - aim of the project is to sign and test an ECVET agreement among Italy, Poland

and Romania concerning the professional profile of assistants to vulnerable elderly.

“ EU.R.O.P.E.A.N”. - The project, developed with a partnership of 9 EU countries, has the aim to create an

European Reference Framework on line for the prevention of abuse and neglect towards elderly.

Grundtvig “Abaco” - The project strives to adapt methodologies and contents developed by the

association NIBUD, an independent Dutch foundation that gives information about household finance,

concerning the prevention of over-indebtedness in order to make them usable by partner organisations in

their national contexts (Italy, Spain Portugal and Greece).

Leonardo Partnership “ASK” - The partnership, ASK, seeks to analyse different methods of assessing and

certificating non-formal and informally acquired skills in vocational education and training in the

participating regions.

Grundtvig “Life After Care” - The partnership aims to exchange ideas, experiences, good practices and

tools in order to learn mutually and therefore strengthen local and national strategies concerning informal

training of former family carers of relatives to help their re-insertion in the society after they end caring.

Project “Aspasia Plus” - Funded by the Ministry of Equal Opportunities. Aim of the project is to support

regular employment in the field of in-home assistance. Project coordinator is Ferrara's AUSL, in partnership

with municipalities of Ferrara, Cento, Codigoro, Copparo and the technical assistance of Anziani e Non Solo.

Project “Chi sostiene l’amministratore di sostegno?”/2 The project offers training and legal support to

people working as “amministratori di sostegno” (sort of guardians on volunteer base) for elderly people in the

District of Correggio (Reggio Emilia).

ANS is a member of international networks (EUROCARERS, INPEA and AGE) and of Emilia Ro-

magna Anti-Discrimination Network. ANS is a research organisation registered in the National

Research Council and is registered as an organisation working with migrants at the Ministry of Wel-

Project “Diade” - Aim of the project is to promote an action – research with the aim of collecting data

about the phenomenon of violence and abuse within care relationship in the territory of the Province of

Reggio Emilia. The project has been financed by Italian Government, within the Fund Against Violence.

Leonardo – T.O.I. “Caregiver Talents” LLP-LDV/TOI/2007/IT/011 The aim of the project is to develop

a system of validation of acquired competences concerning in-home caregivers. The project developed

procedure, standards, tools which will then were experimented.

Project “Elderly Network” The project offered training, capacity building and support activities to elderly

people working on volunteer base in services for frail elderly (such as help lines, transportation,

accompaniment etc.). They were also trained on the use of computer and Internet. The program is financed

by Cassa di Risparmio di Carpi Foundation.

PIC Equal – Action 2 Aspasia Planning and experimentation on territories of tools and services aimed to

favour the professional and social inclusion of in-home caregivers. The project realised a training package for

providing basic assistance skills to these workers and implemented three info points in three different Regions

(Emilia Romagna, Puglia and Sicilia) to provide information, support, training opportunities, matching of

offer and demand of, to caregivers and families.

PIC Equal – Action 2 “Fuori Orario” The overall project studied and experimented services and tools to

include in-home caregiver in local social services networks.

Project “Towards a new welfare” The project came from mainstreaming activities of Equal Aspasia.

Planning and experimentation on territories of tools and services aimed to favour the professional and social

inclusion of in-home caregivers. The project implemented four info points in four municipalities of the Province

of Ferrara to provide information, support, training opportunities, matching of offer and demand of, to in-

home caregivers and families. The project was funded by Emilia Romagna Region.

Project “To have credit” The project implemented a social micro loan system in the district of Carpi with

the aim of offering credit opportunities to low income people without formal guarantees. The project has

involved, at the moment, over 60 families offering loans of maximum € 4000 to solve temporary or urgent

problems. The program is financed by Cassa di Risparmio di Carpi Foundation.
