Pre-EventIt’s a few hours before the casting call begins and final preparations are in order. Paula arrives and the team puts together the final touches.

Paula & Gabana Conversation - Clear and area and direct the two ladies to sit or stand and talk about todays event. Capture what is expected of the event.Sample Topics: Are we nervous about the turnout. Were there a lot of RSVPs. What emotions are we feeling? Is there a certain type of girl that were looking for?

Casting CallThe doors open and it’s time to roll. Paula and Gabana are searching for the best models to represent the brand. It’s showtime

SHOTSDoors Open - Production assistant welcomes the girls and and starts registration. Capture excitement.

The Turn Out- If there are a lot of girls, capture the excitement about that. If there is a small turnout that works too! (either scenario will add value to the episode)

All Model Interviews - Models will be asked about the event.Interview Questions:1.Why do you want to be hair model for this project? 2. What do you like most about LGH?3. How do you feel about your audition?4. Which girl is your biggest competition?5. How long have you been modeling?

Auditions - (3/4 cameras) This will be the focus of the episode. Were looking for a few key things

1. Humor/Comedy: Are there any girls who are genuinely funny? Ask the random questions that may make them laugh. Are there any that look a mess? Have Fun.2. Drama: Are there any girls who are irritated. Are there any girls who showed up late/ without audition money? Does anyone fall down?3. Product: We want to remain aware of the goal. We want to talk about the Hell on Heels Collection. We want to see the product and create promotors.

We’ll want to experiment with different shots/ angles. Here are some examples of shots that will be great for the show.2

Deliberation - (at the judges table) Are we impressed with the girl? What made her perfect for the collection. Why isn't she a good match for the collection.

The Results - (All Ladies fill the room ) We’ll announce the girls that were chosen. The other girls will be asked to leave.

Hell On Heels Model Interviews - Only the selected girls will be interviewed again. Interview Questions:1.Are you excited to be hair model for this project?

2. How confident the judges picking you?3. Were you surprised that about anyone not being chosen?4. What do you want to gain from this?5. Are you ready to start?

PhotoShoot - (Chosen girls) The girls will do an individual photoshoot with a headshot. A final group photo will end the night.

Closing Remarks - We’ll want tend the night with closing remarks from Paula and Gabana. IF Possible a nice toast would be great.

The Step & Repeat should be behind the judge’s table. In order to optimize the space the runway should go from the back of the salon to the front (ending at the Judges table)

Judges Table- Covered with black table cloth. Decorated with Magazines & flowers. (hair related products will work too)

Notice the judges table in this picture. The pictures on the table, the flowers, and the laptop communicate that they are judging and focused.

Room Decor- Be mindful of haters. Use pictures, posters, mannequins, wigs, and anything else that will satisfy their wandering eyes.
