Steve Andreae has 37 years of real estate experience in the Charlevoix area and has helped nearly 1,000 families with their real estate needs. He has been one of the top producing realtors in Charlevoix for many years, and in the top fi ve percent of all Board of Realtor agents. Steve is a member of the re/maX Plati num Club, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and is a re/maX Lifeti me Achievement Award recipient, due to his high level of service.

Steve graduated from Western Michigan University with a BA in Business Management. Aft er a few years of city life downstate, Steve and his wife, Meg, decided to “move up North and fi gure out what to do.” It wasn't too long aft er that, that Steve discovered his knack for real estate, and he has never looked back. Steve loves helping new or second home buyers fulfi ll their dreams as well, and his years of personal experience in the market give him a wide range of contacts and informati on to help with all aspects of buying and selling homes.

Steve and Meg enjoy summer boati ng on Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, and Steve can oft en be found fl y fi shing in the Jordan, Manistee, or other local rivers.. He is acti ve in the community, serving on various boards and committ ees.
